Project "Eu Também Estou Aqui"
A brief introduction to Eu Também Estou Aqui, my independent project that brings together a documentary, a small web series and awareness campaigns on mental-health conditions such as social isolation, depression and anxiety, created to help people feel seen, heard and less alone.

Eu Também Estou Aqui — Because No One Should Go Through This Alone
For a long time, I struggled to understand my place in the world. I spent two years in a job that didn’t represent who I am, a job that slowly disconnected me from my creative side. My ideas, my projects, my artistic instincts — everything went quiet. And the longer I stayed still, the harder it became to recognize myself.
Eu Também Estou Aqui was born from that silence.
It’s not just a project. It’s a response to a period of feeling lost, isolated and creatively numb. It’s something I needed to create in order to rebuild myself and, in the process, maybe help others who feel the same.
What the Project Is
Eu Também Estou Aqui is a growing body of work focused on mental-health conditions and the emotional reality behind them. It’s built around three connected elements:
1. Documentary
A personal and honest exploration of how mental-health conditions shape everyday life. Not through statistics or theory, but through lived experience. It’s an attempt to understand, to give form to feelings that often stay unspoken.
2. Web Series
Short, cinematic episodes that illustrate different emotional states: social isolation, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, the weight of expectations.
3. Awareness Campaigns
Parallel to the film content, the project includes small campaigns designed to bring visibility to mental-health struggles and spark conversations that often never leave the private sphere.
Why I’m Making This
Because I know what it feels like to disconnect from yourself.
To function, day after day, in a life that doesn’t fit.
To feel alone even when you’re surrounded by people.
And because I also know that understanding and expressing these experiences can be a first step toward healing.
A Project in Motion, Just Like Me
This project isn’t polished or pretentious — it’s evolving in the same way I am. It’s a space where I can reclaim my creative identity while contributing something meaningful to others who are going through similar battles.
If any part of this resonates with you, thank you for being here.
This is only the beginning.
